What file formats do you accept?
If you use our online designer there are two files formats accepted PNG and JPG. If you send us your design directly (e.g. wetransfer.com) you can use JPG, PNG, GIF, TIFF or PDF. For best results we recommend files of at least 150 DPI.
How big should my design be?
For the best print quality we recommend the minimum resolution of 150 DPI (150 dots per inch – 2,54 cm). What does it mean? If you want to print onto fabric a square of 2,54 cm by 2,54 cm, your uploaded file should be 150 pixels by 150 pixels.
So if you want to print a design of 100 cm by 100 cm the uploaded file should be at least 5910 pixels by 5910 pixels.
100cm / 2,54 cm * 150 = 5910 pixels
What if my design is small and I want to repeat it along the fabric?
Please upload the file to our online designer. Set the desired size of the single element that you want to repeat and let us know in your order comments that the design should be repeated. Before we proceed with your order we’ll send you the final design with the repeated element to be accepted.
Can I print more than one design on the same type of fabric?
Our online designer allows to upload as many different designs to be printed onto the same type of fabric. Simply upload the files and set their desired sizes and positions in the online designer. If you need a designing space bigger than default – 1 metre length, just click the change size button and select from drop-down menu desired length – the maximum length can be 5 metres.
What if I want to upload design longer than 1 meter?

We always start the production process after your payment is cleared. In case of any changes of your order, please contact us as soon as it possible and we’ll do our best to help you.
Can I return ordered fabric?
In case if your fabric is faulty or doesn’t meet your needs please contact us as we always do our best to fully satisfy our customers. However all of the fabrics we offer are custom printed following your individual project and needs and in accordance with the Consumer protection from unfair trading act we don’t offer returns.
What if I notice some problem with printed fabric?
The quality of print depends on the resolution/quality of uploaded files. In case if the uploaded photos were of low resolution/quality the final printing result might be of lower quality as well, however we do our best to check/verify all the uploaded files before they are printed.
When it comes to possible difference of colours between those ones from the photo you see on your screen and the colours of already printed photos, this might be related to a few factors:
– different setting of the colours in your monitor
– software you use for viewing photos
– improper calibration of the monitor
The difference might be also related to the properties of printed fabric itself.
